Which size should I choose?
Choose little ties for smaller styles and everyday ties for fuller ponytails or thicker hair. Review the product description for the most accurate size and count information.
How do I care for my hair ties?
Care instructions vary by product. Follow the instructions on the product page and allow wet accessories to air dry completely.
Do you ship within the United States?

When will my order ship?
Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days. If an order cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
Can I return an item?
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Used hair accessories cannot be returned unless defective or materially different from the description.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
